Replacement Eligibility
We offer a 7-day replacement policy from the date of purchase for the following reasons:
- Defective Remotes
- Damaged Remotes during Shipping
- Wrong Model Sent (Note: If you selected the wrong model number at the time of purchase, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.)
Please note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds, but we are happy to replace your remote under the conditions listed above.

Replacement Shipping
We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item. We will process and ship your replacement remote as soon as possible once the request is confirmed.
Condition of the Remote
To be eligible for a replacement, the remote must:
- Be unused.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
Non-Replaceable Items
We do not accept replacements for:
- Used or damaged remotes.
- Items that have been altered or tampered with.
Important Notes
- Wrong Model Ordered: If you mistakenly selected the wrong model at the time of purchase, you will need to cover the return shipping costs for a replacement.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, only replacements within the specified 7-day period.
